No Questions Asked Guarantee

 

Heathen Systems products come with a “No Questions Asked” Guarantee for 2 years from the date of purchase. If any part breaks, we will repair or replace it free of charge for two years from the date of purchase. This excludes normal wear and tear (scratches or dings), and abuse (self evident). The customer is responsible for any and all return shipping charges. We do provide a mechanism to avoid any shipping charges by using our Expedited Guarantee option. Contact our Customer Service Department to discuss options and to receive an RMA number if returning the product is necessary. Please do not send any items back until you have spoken to a Customer Service Representative and received an RMA.

Apparel items are not included in the 2 year guarantee. For apparel returns, refunds or replacement within 30 days of purchase, please contact a Customer Service Representative for an RMA number. Customer will pay costs to return apparel item.

Expedited Guarantee

 

If you choose this route, we will ask you how the product was broken. We appreciate details and honesty. This will allow us to improve the products going forward. If we determine you abused the product, we may replace it anyway as long as it wasn't malicious. We reserve the right to call you a dumbass.

We will ask you to email a picture or video to show the broken part and we will ship you a replacement part immediately. In some cases we may request the broken part back, in these limited cases we will send you a return shipping label.  

 

Refunds and Returns

 

We will accept returns as long as the item is in new, unused condition and includes all of the original packaging, instructions and receipt. Customer must contact a Customer Service Representative within 30 days of purchase for an RMA number and Items must be received within 60 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. All returns will be carefully inspected before giving a refund, credit or exchange. The customer is responsible for any and all shipping charges. Please do not send any items back unless you have spoken to a Customer Service Representative first.
